Eastin to Marriott, floor by floor.
Our part of the owner's conversion of the former Eastin Hotel: the mock-up room and corridor that set the Marriott standard, then strip-out, wet works and full fit-out of the guestrooms and corridors from Level 4 to Level 18.

107 guest suites across four suite types, the lobby, the Level 41 private dining room and back of house, with the M&E behind them, in an occupied tower at TRX. Photos show the approved mock-up suites.
Penang · 2024 to 2025 · Design and build
One owner, four packages, one repeat client.
Designed and built in-house, with design led by our Executive Director, Chong Hai Beng. Guestrooms and lift lobbies on Levels 9 to 18 in two phases, then the welcome lobby, the Level 7 common areas and the grand ballroom. The hotel opened in January 2025.

A boutique hotel, delivered in four months.
Guestrooms and public areas for the hotel that opened in 2023 as The George Penang by The Crest Collection, with the bar, lobby lounge and café finished in brass, antique glass and bronze panelling.
