Who we are
Hotels are judged one room at a time.
Guests, owners and brand inspectors judge a hotel space by space. Since 1992 we have built those spaces in more than 35 hotels, for Marriott, Shangri-La, Frasers, Ascott and the owners who set the standard in Malaysian hospitality.
One team takes the job from first drawing to handover, including the builder's works behind the finishes.

Pre-opening fit-out
Complete guestrooms and public areas for new hotels, timed to the opening date.

Receptions, restaurants, bars, ballrooms and spas, finished in stone, metal and bespoke joinery.
Design and build
In-house design, 3D visuals, elevations and shop drawings, led by our design-trained Executive Director.
Builder's works and M&E
Masonry, waterproofing, tiling and services that run with the fit-out, not after it.
Galleries and show units
Sales galleries, show units and branded residences, finished to hotel standard.

Floor-by-floor programmes, tracked daily. 393 rooms at Petaling Jaya Marriott on a 12-month programme; The George Penang in four months.
Inside live hotels
Sealed work zones, a guest-hours noise window and back-of-house logistics, so the hotel keeps selling rooms while we work.
To brand standard
A mock-up room signed off by the designer and the operator comes first. Every room after it is checked against that benchmark.
The whole job
As a G7 builder we take on slabs, lift cores, wet works and M&E alongside the fit-out, so one team answers for the result.
Direct from the factory
Joinery and fittings are bought direct through our sister company in Foshan and inspected by our own QA team before they ship.
Safe, clean sites
An in-house Safety and Health Officer, daily toolbox talks, permit-to-work and a room-by-room snag list before handover.
Factory floor
Direct from the factory, checked by us.
Joinery and fittings are bought direct from partner factories through our sister company in Foshan. Our own QA/QC team signs off every order before it ships, so defects are fixed at the factory, not on your site.
