Ivana Decor was entrusted as the main interior fit-out contractor for the Mercure Hotel Glenmarie, an Accor-branded property featuring 229 guest rooms, an all-day dining outlet, and a function room. From initial mock-up rooms to final handover, we collaborated closely with consultants and M&E contractors to ensure a timely, high-quality delivery over the course of seven months.
As part of our growing portfolio of Accor Group projects, the Mercure Hotel Glenmarie stands as another milestone in our commitment to quality and precision in hospitality interior fit-out. This newly opened hotel in Glenmarie features 229 elegantly appointed guest rooms, an all-day dining restaurant, and a versatile function room — all spaces designed with modern travelers in mind. Ivana Decor was appointed as the main interior fit-out contractor, tasked with bringing the architectural vision to life across these key areas. The journey began with the fabrication and execution of a mock-up room and corridor, setting the tone for standards in workmanship and finish.
Working as one of the nominated sub-contractors, Ivana Decor engaged in weekly coordination meetings with the project consultants, client, and M&E contractors to align deliverables and timelines. Our ability to seamlessly collaborate with various stakeholders ensured smooth integration of design, electrical, and mechanical components throughout the construction process. The team faced the typical challenges of multi-party coordination in hospitality renovation, but through consistent communication and a hands-on project management approach, we maintained momentum across all stages.
Over the course of seven months, Ivana Decor led the fit-out of all guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house zones with a focus on delivering durable finishes, consistent detailing, and refined material application. We ensured that every step — from ceiling treatments and millwork to wall paneling and FF&E installation — followed a strict quality assurance protocol.
