Located in the heart of Georgetown, Fifth Avenue Hotel is our latest completed project that covers 241 guest rooms, grand lobby, conference room, all-day dining, spa and rooftop. From sourcing of material finishes, to coordination of work between our in-house contractors and client’s sub contractors, we dedicated ourselves to complete and deliver this project within given timeline.

The George is a contemporary heritage inspired 5-star boutique hotel that was completed in year 2022. Given only 4 months to renovate the hotel guest rooms and public area, it was a challenging experience for our team as the hotel was designed with delicate interior mill work details, which requires skilled craftsmen and fine workmanship in order to meet client’s expectation on quality of work.
