The George is a contemporary heritage inspired 5-star boutique hotel that was completed in year 2022. Given only 4 months to renovate the hotel guest rooms and public area, it was a challenging experience for our team as the hotel was designed with delicate interior mill work details, which requires skilled craftsmen and fine workmanship in order to meet client’s expectation on quality of work.
Set in the heritage-rich core of Penang, The George is a 5-star boutique hotel that blends colonial charm with contemporary sophistication — and Ivana Decor was honored to bring that vision to life. The project involved the interior fit-out and renovation of the hotel’s guest rooms and public spaces, all within a tight four-month timeline.
